1. Dojuje Kimbap
9-1 Gwandeok-ro 3-gil, Jeju City. In an old alley. There lies Dojuje Kimbap. They use Jeju ingredients. Hallasan bracken, Gujwa carrots, Jeju shiitake, Jeju pickled radish. The kimbap arrives on a pulley. A small amusement. It feels new. Relatively recent. A roll costs four or five thousand won. The taste is honest. A good choice if you want the true flavor of Jeju.
